Oscar: well, that’s a whole lot of stuff to try and think about all at once. If you pay attention to any one part of it for a little bit too long, then you start to forget all about all the other things that are associated with it.
Vicky: dont worry yourself too much about it, you haven’t forgotten anything at all. Especially when you come to the conclusion that in the end it doesn’t really matter much anyhow.
Oscar: some things matter, I’m sure they do. It matters if I eat, it matters if I sleep well, it matters if I have a coat when its cold outside.
Vicky: indeed, all of those things are true, in some sense. And we may also see that they are all equally false in some sense. Next year, it wont matter if you ate yesterday, next month it wont matter if you slept well last night. And, if you dont have a coat, dont go outside when its cold. All those things are physical needs, and should be addressed as needed. Discordianism is about mental needs, and offers assistance in matters of purposeful perspective more than just offering a selection of choices for lunch.

Vicky: thats because your questions are more important than my answers. Every question is correct and every answer is wrong. The final choice is always yours as to what your opinion will be.
Oscar: it breaks my brain when you start to talk like that, you take everything and turn it around so that its inside-out and backwards, and then you act like it makes more sense that way.
